ASSALAMOALAIKUM!
I am extremely grieved to hear about the death of Sir
Zulfiqar Ali Khan Sahib. He was highly knowledgeable, brave, and a true
Pakistani and Muslim.
He was a resident of the village
of Saneh in Azad Kashmir Province of Pakistan and was presently living in
Gloucester, UK. It is unfortunate
that I could not see him personally. However, sometimes we used to
discuss on the telephone as how to liberate Maqbooza Kashmir from Indian
occupation. He is one of the best human beings I have ever had the privilege of
knowing, and moreover, he was very passionate in the cause of Islam. He would
not bear one bad word about the religion. I can only imagine the stature of his
mother who brought him into this world, May Allah Bless her.
May Allah (SWT) give his soul a high place in heaven and
patience to his family. My heartiest condolence to his family, and, in
particular, to his brother Amjed Rasul Sahib. Regards,
