Islam is the only accepted religion in the sight of Almighty Allah (SWT).

This is the beauty of a Muslim that he or she cannot be cheated twice. The present federal system of Pakistan wherein it is carrying 6 provinces consisting of Gilgat Baltistan, Sindh, Punjab, Baluchistan, Khyber Paktoon Khawa, and Azad Kashmir also treated at par to a province but not codified in the constitution. It is creating a lot of division among the one nation. As such, these provinces must be replaced by one unit. India has already dismembered East Pakistan (presently known as Bangladesh). India will try again to make state of Jammu Kashmir as a sovereign when it feels it is losing its control over it. You are well aware that we have many Mir Abdullahs in our lines. The inhabitants of Jammu Kashmir are bona fide citizens of Pakistan. Therefore, Pakistan must secure its liberated territory and liberate those in Maqbooza Kashmir and merge it with Pakistan respectively as Russia merged Crimea. Regards,

SYED SALAHUDDIN SAID ‘COMPOSITE TOWNSHIPS’ A BIG CONSPIRACY REPORTED BY GK NEWS NETWORK, MAQBOOZA KASHMIR (UNDER INDIAN OCCUPATION SINCE OCTOBER 27, 1947)

The United Jehad Council chief Syed Salahuddin Thursday vowed to oppose tooth and nail the proposed “creation of separate homeland for Kashmiri Pandits.” Addressing a high-level meeting of UJC, Salahuddin said after the Partition, more than 37,000 incidents of communal and sectarian violence took place in India in which thousands of people were killed and damage to property worth trillions of rupees witnessed. “But history is testimony to the fact that J&K has never seen such communal violence,” he said in a statement here. Salahuddin said in 1947, when “communal and fascist forces were massacring Muslims, it was people of Kashmir who protected their non-Muslim brothers and sisters along with their honour and dignity.” He said in 1990, it was then Governor Jagmohan “who, under a conspiracy, provoked and forced Kashmiri Pandits to migrate from Kashmir and unfortunately they fell prey to this conspiracy.”

Salahdddin said his outfit was not against return of Kashmiri Pandits to the Valley as “they are a part of our society. But like this community was made a scapegoat in 1990, their return is also made part of the same conspiracy. The conspiracy involves settling non-locals in the Valley in the garb of separate townships and ultimately harm the Muslim-majority status of the state. This cannot be allowed at any cost.” Salahuddin said “a shameful aspect of this conspiracy is that the puppet Chief Minister of J&K and RAW-backed organization Panun Kashmiri are being used to execute it.” He warned that such a conspiracy will have a “dangerous fallout and neither Kashmiri people nor militant leadership will allow it to succeed.” He said Kashmiri Pandits are welcome to reside in their native places but they won’t be allowed to be part of any conspiracy aimed at harming state’s communal harmony and Muslim-majority status. Salahuddin urged the Hurriyat leadership in J&K to unite and “foil such designs of communal forces” while appealing to Kashmiri Pandits “not to become part of any conspiracy.” The UGC, Salahuddin said, fully backs the protest and shutdown call on April 10 and April 11, 2015 respectively.  Published on April 10, 2015 in Greater Kashmir.

The princely states (Jammu Kashmir) were to join India or Pakistan keeping in view of the wishes of the people. On July 19, 1947, the inhabitants of Kashmir under the banner of Muslim Conference gave their final verdict to be a part of Pakistan. My beloved father (May Allah SWT bless his soul) was also among those who expressed the same verdict. We cannot change our decisions based on the opinions and assumptions from every new generation. It is a known fact that Mir Abdullah of Kashmir’s decision has lead to the death of over 200,000 thousand innocent people. The whole state of Jammu and Kashmir is a part of Pakistan and its responsibility to secure the liberated territory and free those in Maqbooza Kashmir as Russia took back Crimea. Regards,

The whole state of Jammu and Kashmir is constitutionally apart of Pakistan. The constitution of a nation is based on precedent. For example, if we look at the British Constitution, it is a totality of laws and principles that guide the political system of the United Kingdom. Similarly, Pakistan’s constitution also follows in a similar manner. Although Azad Kashmir is not officially codified in the constitution; nation states do not operate in such a manner. This territory was legally designated to Pakistan under international law as per the partition plan. After Indian occupation, Pakistan was able to liberate the 4000 square miles which are now known Azad Kashmir. This territory is a legal part of Pakistan as per the partition plan.

It is important to realize that from day one, the Indian states goal has been two fold, both of which result in the same end goal which is a weaker Pakistani state. That is, either capture or occupy territories which belong to the Pakistani state, or sever it entirely from Pakistan so that they operate as separate entities. Are we actually willing to follow the plan of those which seek to destroy us? To this day, the Indian regime and its armed forces have murdered more than 2,03012 citizens, made 216,204 arrests, 110,337 have disappeared, 115,992 homes have been demolished, leaving 123,002 widows and 207,635 orphans to say the very least.The forcible merger of Sikh Homeland Punjab (Khalistan) with India is also for the fact to increase its material power in the sub-continent although the Sikhs staunchly claim that they are not Hindus.

However, the reality is there is no such state as Azad Kashmir, Gilgat Baltistan, Baluchistan, Sindh, Punjab, and Khybar Pukhtoon Khawa; these are only provinces. The only legal state, as recognized by international law is Pakistan. All of these other parts of the Pakistani state have never been sovereign nations, and they will never be. When the illegally occupied part of Jammu Kashmir (also known as Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir) under Indian occupation since October 27, 1947 is liberated, it will join as the seventh province of Pakistan. As per the constitution of Pakistan, the inhabitants of the state of Jammu Kashmir are bona fide citizens of Pakistan.

Pakistan cannot give up its constitutional and moral stand of reclaiming twelve million inhabitants living in Maqbooza Kashmir, a territory of 42,000 square miles. For the simple reason, that the inhabitants of Maqbooza Kashmir and the territory are citizens and land of Pakistan respectively. This portion of the state of Jammu and Kashmir was illegally occupied by India under the pretext of maintaining law and order on October 27, 1947.

India also occupied the Sikh state, Punjab (Khalistan) because they were divided and their leader Master Tara Singh was tricked by Pundit Jawaharlal Nehru even though the British government offered them a separate homeland. The Sikhs used to have a sovereign state and were being ruled by a Sikh ruler Maharaja Ranjit Singh and his family from 1799 to 1849.  After the death of Ranjit Singh, his heirs could not keep control of the Sikh state. Hence, Dhayan Singh Dogra and Gulab Singh Dogra, both Hindu by faith, allied with the British government and broke apart the Sikh government. Lord Dalhousie the Governor General of British India announced in Rawalpindi on March 04, 1849 that Sikh Kingdom was been annexed to Britain and not amalgamated. In lieu of this treachery, the British government gave the state of Jammu and Kashmir to the Dogra family. Soon after the merger of Punjab, (Khalistan) the Sikhs realized they were cheated but it was too late. Master Tara Singh reminded Pundit Nehru that he had said if the Sikhs ever felt uncomfortable living with Hindus, they could have their own sovereign state wherein they can enjoy the glow of freedom. On this, Nehru replied that things have changed (Master Jee, ab bat aur hai, jab bat aur thee). Sikh parliamentarians such as Bhupinder Singh Man, Sardar Hukam Singh and Sardar Kapoor Singh (ICS) rejected the constitution of January 26, 1950 because it violated Sikh rights. The Sikhs are struggling to get out of the clutches of Hindu slavery but no vain because like us (the Kashmiris) they are not on the same page. More than 270,000 Sikhs have been murdered to suppress their voice for freedom.

Similarly, the Indian government bribed Mir Abdullah of Kashmir, who in turn divided the Kashmiris and as a result India occupied 42,000 square miles and enslaved them. To this day, the Indian regime and its armed forces have murdered more than 203,012 citizens, made 216,204 arrests, 110,337 have disappeared, 115,992 homes have been demolished, leaving 123,002 widows and 207,635 orphans to say the very least. Since India received freedom on a platter from the British government, it has strived hard to keep the Muslim areas under its occupation for instance Junagarh and Hyderabad. If ever we get united and Inshallah we will, India will try to make Maqbooza Kashmir an independent state when it feels it is losing its grip upon it. India does not want to see that Maqbooza Kashmir go to Pakistan. The inhabitants of Maqbooza Kashmir and Pakistan must be vigilant for the fact that its forces must be deployed in order to remove every last Indian soldier from the occupied territory as Russia took back Crimea.

The family originally belonged to Bagh district of Azad Kashmir Province, Pakistan. It is very important to realize that an individual can be judged by the effect that he or she has on others. This stands true for the mother of Shabbir Bhatti. Looking at the accomplishments, devotion, and dedication of Mr. Shabbir Bhatti for the oppressed, it is undeniable that his mother was a great women possessing unwavering ethical and moral nature which she has instilled in her son. This is a very difficult time for Mr. Shabbir Bhatti and his family, and we all pray that his Almighty Allah blesses him and his family with patience. Moreover, in this patience, we would like to remind Mr. Bhatti and his family in this time of hardship that those who are pious and righteous have nothing to fear from the hereafter, and they have nothing to fear from their Lord. As such, the mother of Mr. Bhatti has nothing to fear. May Allah bless her with a high place in the hereafter and forgive all her sins. Amen.

The Muslims of both Pakistan and Kashmir liberated Azad Kashmir comprising of 4000 square miles. They fought three wars and remain in a war with India to liberate the remaining 42000 square miles still under Indian occupation named Maqbooza Kashmir. Additionally, the inhabitants of Jammu Kashmir have already given their verdict to accede to Pakistan on July 19, 1947. Moreover, the Hindu rulers of Kashmir have no mandate to accede to India against the wishes of the people who wanted to go with Pakistan. Anybody who believes that Azad Kashmir is a sovereign state is living in a fool’s paradise.

Azad Kashmir is just the name. “Azad” does not denote a free or sovereign Kashmir. It is a name like Parkash Singh Badal,the chief minister of Punjab (Khalistan). Badal does not mean cloud, it is just a name. Similarly in Khyber Pakhtoon Khawa people have the name Badam Khan, it does not mean almond in this situation. Therefore, Azad Kashmir is just the name of the 6th province of Pakistan. As explained earlier, the Prime Minister and President are symbolic designations in Azad Kashmir; for instance the Queen of England is the head of the Common Wealth Nations. The posts of Prime Minister and President of Azad Kashmir are synonymous with chief minister, and governor of a province respectively, whereas, Kashmir Council represents the federal government of Pakistan. It is a known fact that the head of the Kashmir Council is the prime minister of Pakistan. In order to protect the rights of the people, Azad Kashmir is treated at par to other provinces such as Sindh, Baluchistan, Punjab, Gilgat Baltistan, and Khyber Pukhtoon Khawa. It is imperative to quash these posts to remove all the confusion. Moreover, the 6th province of Azad Kashmir must be recognized constitutionally.

Having said that, this is still not enough, Pakistan must also incorporate in its constitution that the whole state of Jammu and Kashmir is a part of Pakistan. Therefore, it must demand from India to handover Maqbooza Kashmir to Pakistan. India is using all its force to punish the people of Maqbooza Kashmir for their love of Pakistan. India has deployed more than 700,000 Indian forces who commit all kinds of atrocities against the Kashmiri people. To this day, the Indian regime and its armed forces have murdered more than 2,03012 citizens, made 216,204 arrests, 110,337 have disappeared, 115,992 homes have been demolished, leaving 123,002 widows and 207,635 orphans to say the very least.
