REPLY TO DR. SUBRAMANIAN SWAMY THE JANATA PARTY CHIEF’S CONTRADICTORY LOGIC AND HYPOCRISY REGARDING THE STATE OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR:

Besides the state of Jammu and Kashmir, Dr. Subramanian Swamy the Janata Party chief has conveniently forgotten to mention that many other occupied territories such as the Sikh Homeland Punjab (Khalistan), Manawa, Goa (former Portuguese colony), Hyderabad, and Junagarh are also coincidentally “integral” parts of the Indian state. In addition to the above, Dr. Swamy also avoided any discussion or any use of force regarding Aksai Chin, the 11,000 square miles which were captured by the Chinese government in the Indo-China War. Yet despite the facts presented above, India seems to want to disseminate an aggressive stance towards Pakistan. It is clear that the Indian government, the so called “largest democracy in the world” is taking an extremely hypocritical stance in its foreign policy. Despite claiming to be a democracy, it is putting all morals and ethics aside and flexing its muscles, only when it perceives that its opponent is inferior to it in military capability. However, when faced with a challenger which is perceived as a grave threat, all of the sudden morals and ethics becoming very relevant. It is essential to question why Dr. Swamy is proposing the use of military force against the Pakistani state, yet on the other hand has taken such a passive stance against China. Should such action be referred to as strategy, hypocrisy, or just mere cowardice? On one hand India claims to be a democratic state. On the other according to Indian states double standards, the Jammu and Kashmir issue deserves no diplomatic discussion with Pakistan whatsoever. The Indian state needs to make a decision with consistency on what stance it will take. It is also important to note that all this ignores the millions of individuals that have been systematically subordinated and enslaved during Indian rule within the state. They are essentially the victims of the Indian states greed in advancing its overall material power.
Although Bangladesh (formerly known as East Pakistan) was dismembered from Pakistan, this division was not motivated by the desire to accede to India. Rather, this was because of the simple fact that Pakistan had lost in the war against India in 1971. As such, the Two Nation Theory still stands and remains the basis of the division of the Indian subcontinent. Why is it that division based on religion stands relevant for all Hindu majority princely states that were forcefully occupied by India, however, when the issue of Jammu and Kashmir arises; the state becomes an “integral part of India”. The image that Dr. Swamy would like to provide of Pundit Jawaharlal Nehru is just mere opinion and speculation. Actual recorded facts and history acknowledge that he was the Prime Minister of India and as such, he represented the Indian state and its interests. The Kashmiri claim and Pakistan’s assertion of it as its rightful state is solidified and back through a UN resolution affirming the right to self-determination (agreed to by India) which is a fundamental democratic right. It is the Indian government, despite claiming to be the world’s largest democracy which stands as a fundamental impediment for the people of Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir (also known as Maqbooza Kashmir and by the UN Internationally Disputed Areas of Jammu and Kashmir)) to practice their right of self-determination not Pakistan.
Therefore, it is essential to realize that when we asses India’s human rights track record within the occupied territory of Jammu and Kashmir; it becomes evident that the state cares little of its 14 million inhabitants as it well aware that they are the legal citizens of Pakistan. On the contrary, the Indian government professes that the state is its integral portion only because of the resources in the region and the geostrategic interests that it serves. The Indian state is only interested in advancing its material power. However, the rampant hypocrisy and cowardice of the Indian state is exposed when despite being divided on the Two Nation Theory, it flexes its muscle against Pakistan which it perceives is a less capable military opponent, however, when it comes to Chinese imposition into Indian territory, it would not dare to profess the use of any military option. This is the reality of the Indian state which seeks to give no regard to inherent rights, morals and ethics of the people of which occupy its “integral parts” and rather, while claiming to function democratically behaves under the law of anarchy. As such, Pakistan should not be impervious in taking an aggressive and firm stance out of fear from India. International law, justice, morals and ethics all are on the side of Pakistan. Unity and strength are the only precursors for success and can serve as an emancipating force. Pakistan must expose the Indian hypocrisy to the international community and put greater diplomatic pressure regarding the Kashmir right of self-determination in order for the Indian government to live up to its hypocritical designation as the world’s largest democracy.

For the first time after Dr. Shyama Prasad Mookerjee was killed in a Kashmir jail during Sheikh Abdullah's reign an Indian stalwart confronted the nation particularly the people of Kashmir last week in a straight talk with the reality of the Kashmir situation. Thus boldly advised Dr. Subramanian Swamy, President of the Janata Party, the people of Kashmir that they should forget about Pakistan and live like true Indians. Disregarding the presence of terrorist, separatist, Islamist and militants and trouble makers Dr. Swamy declared that Kashmir is an integral part of India and that reality will never change. Kashmir problem is Jawaharlal Nehru's special gift to India but it won't be allowed to change the ever lasting relationship between Srinagar and New Delhi declared Dr. Subramanian Swamy, addressing a crowded press conference in Srinagar.
NO COMPROMISE ON KASHMIR:
Dr. Sway advised Kashmiris to forget about Pakistan and live like true Indians. India will stay here for ever since historically Kashmir is an integral part of India. Even during the modern times the accession of the state with the rest of the country ratified this irrefutable fact. Under no circumstances will India compromise on Kashmir he assured his audience.
WE ARE READY TO WAGE WAR TO LIBERATE POK:
Without mincing words he told the nation that Kashmir is India and we have every intention of taking back the Pakistan occupied part of Kashmir as that occupation has been illegal from day one. To achieve that goal we are ready to wage a war against Pakistan the Janata Party chief said.Dr. Swamy declared that NDA will form the next government in the country and the Janata Party will be an ally of that Govt. “We will ask the NDA Govt. to reconsider its policy on Kashmir".
NO TALKS WITH PAK. ON KASHMIR:
What Nehru and Vajpayee did about Kashmir is history. From now on there will be no talks on Kashmir with Pakistan.Kashmir is not a dispute so there should be no talks on it. It is only a question of removing the illegal occupation by a neighboring state which does not know how to maintain good neighborly relations with us.Kashmir is a part of India and of all the people Kashmiris should understand it well without any misgivings. Those who tell you otherwise are misleading you.
NEHRU TOOK KASHMIR TO UN WITHOUT AUTHORITY: PLEBISCITE NEHRU'S IDEA NOT INDIA'S PROMISE:
Acting unilaterally, even without taking the Indian Cabinet in to confidence, Jawaharlal Nehru took the Kashmir issue to the United Nations where plebiscite was born. So those people seeking plebiscite should contact Nehru not India for this purpose.
Swamy however, favored dialogue with China saying that talks between India and China involved border dispute and not Kashmir issue.He told Pakistan to take care of its own provinces such as Baluchistan and stop interfering in the internal affairs of India.He asked the people of Kashmir to compare the progress made in J&K as against the PoK which was forcibly occupied by Islamabad. That should open your eyes and expose the reality of Pakistan.
