HABIB YOUSAFZAI, CHAIRMAN OF THE KASHMIR DIASPORA ALLIANCE STRONGLY CONDEMNS THE ILLEGAL RAID OF THE HOUSE AND ARREST OF MR. NAQASH CHAIRMAN OF THE ISLAMIC POLITICAL PARTY OF THE INTERNATIONALLY DISPUTED AREAS OF JAMMU KASHMIR
ASSALAM-O-ALAIKUM!
The recent arrest of Mr.Mohammad Yousaf Naqash is yet another desperate move by the Indian government in order to maintain its illegal occupation over the occupied territory of Maqbooza Kashmir also known as Internationally Disputed Areas of Jammu Kashmir as designated by the UN. The fact remains; the arrest of those who would fight for the oppressed is just one strategy that the Indian government is using in order to solidify its illegitimate claims on the region.
Most recently, the Indian government has also been vigorously changing the demographic situation of the occupied territory by bringing in other religious groups into the region. These are petty tactics and those within the occupied regions and abroad are fully aware. Yet, the Indian government should take note that those who are fighting for the freedom of the oppressed will not simply back down due to fear tactics and tactful/ illegal settlements. We will fight until the end for our rightful accession to Pakistan.
The international community is still well aware that the Indian government will go to any lengths in infringing human rights in order to establish its hegemony in the area. Just one prime example of this is the Sikh nation who fought alongside the Muslim to librate India from Britishers, yet now lives as marginalized citizens. The Sikh nation and world still remember well the tragic incident of 1984 where thousands of Sikhs were mercilessly killed by an Indian military incursion.
As such, the Indian government must immediately change its foreign policy aspirations and its bid for hegemony within the region. It must immediately withdraw all of its armed and civil personnel from the occupied territory after which a plebiscite can be held within the occupied territory of Maqbooza Kashmir.
Spokesman of the Islamic Political Party J K has strongly condemned that the Police Raided the house of Senior Member Hurriyat Conference J K and Chairman Islamic Political Party J K Mr.Mohammad Yousuf Naqash to arrest him.
