If we, even now after our destruction have not learned, it is a shame. Sultanat Uthmania collapsed because of division. We took steps in India to create Pakistan on the basis of security and prosperity for those of the Islamic faith and other minorities. We didn’t create Pakistan to divide our nation further on the basis regionalism, tribes, languages, sects, ethnic background.

The area of Azad Kashmir that are free and apart of Pakistan will remain that way. There will never be another separate nation that is created from Pakistani soil, at the expense of Pakistan.

China took back Hong Kong from Britain after 99 years. Russia took back Crimea from Ukraine after 60 years. They did not take permission from the United Nations. They just took in the morning and merged in the evening. Pakistan has to take steps to make Azad Kashmir a province and doesn’t need international acceptance to do so. This is its rightful territory and it has a rightful place as part of the state without any special status. The only way forward on this matter is to take immediate steps in this direction.

As far as Maqbooza Kashmir is concerned, the Pakistani army will decide at the appropriate time. Right now we cannot afford a war and all peaceful means must be exhausted. But to reiterate, a change in the fate of Maqbooza Kashmir only leads to Pakistan. Pakistan has made sacrifices and will make sacrifices, but not for the creation of a separate state.

ASSALAMOALAIKUM! TO ALL BROTHERS AND SISTER,

 

The area that NATIONALISTS are mentioning of 84,471 square miles does not exist anymore, as China has already taken 12,000 square miles of it in 1962 (also known as AKSAICHIN). Recently, China has captured more territory in Ladakh. It is an established fact that in our 1000 year rule of India, Kashmir was always a province of our empire. However, Ladakh was never a portion of this empire. Ladakh was captured by the British when the Chinese were weak. Without prejudice, a major portion of Ladakh is a lawful part of China. As far as Kashmir is concerned, there are only two legitimate parties; India and Pakistan. Even more concisely, Hindus and the Muslims. India the plaintiff of the resolution took its case to the UN. India itself has never abided by its own resolution. In the beginning India replaced the president and prime minister with the governor and chief minister respectively. Than India granted full citizenship to the inhabitants of the occupied territory and declared that Kashmir is its integral part. 

 

On August 5, 2019 India has divided the occupied territory into 2 parts and merged with its union. Pakistan is sitting like a duck and pleading with the UN, and no one is coming to help. The people of GILGIT Baltistan and AZAD Kashmir are languishing without any legal status for the last 73 years. This is a human rights violation. We cannot dwell in the past and principles of the pre-Islamic era. At this moment we can’t go back and start claiming Qallat, Bahawalpur, Sindh, Punjab, GILGIT Agency, Poonch, Hunza etcetera as this has long past.

 

After the downfall of Ottoman Empire, the Muslim world has been humiliated. We have to wake up and move forward and unite as one nation, and cannot live as a 100 nations. 

 

Therefore I strongly recommend that the GILGIT Baltistan must be given constitutional provincial status and AZAD Kashmir must be given provincial status on interim basis but with all representation in the parliament and senate. While we know that India will not give up an inch of Maqbooza Kashmir without a war, why are we playing with the future of the brothers and sisters of Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Kashmir?

The people of Hindu faith and other non-Muslims living in Maqbooza Kashmir make up about 35 percent of the population. In particular the Hindus want to stay with India at all cost. Only the Muslims are for independence or for Pakistan. On the negotiating table, division of Maqbooza Kashmir is the only solution. The Muslim majority area will go to Pakistan and the Hindu majority will stay with India. What is required from the government of Pakistan is that it must give provincial status to Azad Kashmir and keep pursuing India to give back Maqbooza Kashmir to Pakistan. As per the two nation theory and in the light of Muslim conference decision of July 1947 the whole state of Kashmir is a rightful part of Pakistan. It will be a matter of shame if Pakistan loses Azad Kashmir after the four big wars it fought with India and lost half the country.

No minority is safe in India. As of this day more than 280,000 Sikhs and more than 200,000 Muslims in Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir have been butchered. Women are being dishonoured by Indian soldiers. India has got away with the occupation of Manawader, Junagaradh, Hyderabad (Deccan), and now trying to take over 42,000 square miles of the state of Jammu Kashmir (also known as Maqbooza Kashmir).

India has merged the Sikhs inherited Homeland (Khalistan) with India against their will, and dismembered half of Pakistan in 1971 to increase its material power and to be a hegemonic force in the sub-continent. Not a single day goes by when the human rights of the people have been violated in occupied territory.

India is unlawfully detaining Sister Asia Andrabi, Fehmeeda Soofi, Massarat Alam and many more to suppress their voice for freedom. The leader of entire Muslim Umma and liberation of Maqbooza Kashmir Quaid-Enqalab Syed Ali Geelani has been detained in the house and he cannot move out of his house to perform his necessary Friday Prayers. Moreover, how can the nation of Pakistan sleep peacefully while the Indian soldiers within that region are forcing the Muslims to abandon their religion and convert to Hinduism. India needs to come to the negotiating table. The people living in Maqbooza Kashmir are rightful citizens of Pakistan, and it has lawful duty to protect them. AJk and under Development. AJk is just less than 60 kilometers from Islamabad. Rawalpindi has longest border with Ajk. Three main arteries into AJk emanate from Rawalpindi. The other two main arteries enter from Jhelum and Mansehra.

Rawalpindi has one of best road system in Pakistan after Lahore, less the areas linking AJK. The roads beyond Kahuta are really pathetic. Tehsil Murree and Kahuta have similar landscape as that of Poonchh, but there is vast difference in roads network and quality. If Murree can have best roads, so can AJk have.The AJk people due to primitive communications, lack of quality schools and quality health services, are shifting to Punjab at rapid speed.

The Ajk government itself is mostly seen in Islamabad. The government officers have Prados but roads are terrible. This is high time that a serious development initiative is taken to bring AJk at par with adjacent districts of Punjab. As AJk has no representation in the National Assembly and the Senate so, we have no voice here. AJk has a President and a PM. This looks ridiculous. The president and the PM are under Ministry of Kashmir Affairs. We must remove this analogy and re designates AJK president as Governor and Pm as CM. We must also legally incorporate AJK into Pakistan and give representation in the Shoora. The deprivations of last 70 years are affecting the psyche of masses and this anomaly must be removed.

I am extremely grieved to hear about the death of Sir Zulfiqar Ali Khan Sahib. He was highly knowledgeable, brave, and a true Pakistani and Muslim.

He was a resident of the village of Saneh in Azad Kashmir Province of Pakistan and was presently living in Gloucester, UK. It is unfortunate that I could not see him personally.  However, sometimes we used to discuss on the telephone as how to liberate Maqbooza Kashmir from Indian occupation. He is one of the best human beings I have ever had the privilege of knowing, and moreover, he was very passionate in the cause of Islam. He would not bear one bad word about the religion. I can only imagine the stature of his mother who brought him into this world, May Allah Bless her.

May Allah (SWT) give his soul a high place in heaven and patience to his family. My heartiest condolence to his family, and, in particular, to his brother Amjed Rasul Sahib. Regards,

Indian leadership encompassing Pundit Jawaharlal Nehru, Chandulal Trivedi, and Sardar Vallabbhai Patel decided to merge Manawader, Junagarh, and Hyderabad (Deccan) with India on the basis that the states had a Hindu majority population. In the case of Jammu Kashmir, the trio declared that its fate will be decided by the Kashmiris. As soon as Pundit Jawaharlal Nehru the plaintiff of the UN resolution reached India, he began parroting that the entire state of Jammu Kashmir is its integral part. Similarly, India merged the Sikh Homeland Punjab (Khalistan) with India by falsely labeling them Hindus. By giving provincial status to Azad Kashmir, Pakistan is not giving up its claim over Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir. Dr. Farooq Abdullah (son of former Chief Minister Sheikh Muhammad Abdullah who is also known as Mir Abdullah the traitor and the murderer of Muslims), please do not shed crocodile tears. Whatever is happening since 1947 is because of your father’s short sightedness. It is known fact that India will occupy or sever the state which is supposed to go to Pakistan. The past has proved that India forcefully occupied Pakistan’s states such as Junagarah, Manawader, Hyderabad (Deccan), and severed East Pakistan (presently known as Bangladesh).  You are well aware that the state of Jammu Kashmir will not survive on its own. It will be no more than a proxy. A tussle will start in the case of independent Jammu Kashmir between India and Pakistan. The people have been divided due to your father siding with India. The Muslims of Kashmir with the help of the nation of Pakistan could have liberated it long time before in 1947. There was no accession case if he was not be fooled by Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. It was inhabited by the Muslims who were in overwhelming majority. The area was more contiguous to Pakistan than India. Please do not do just  lip service rather co-ordinate with genuine liberation leaders such as Quad-e-Inqalab Syed Ali Geeni, Mirwaiz Umer Farooq, Yasin Malik, Aasia Andrabi, Yousaf Naqash, Javaid Mir JKLF, and Engineer Mushtaq Mehmood who are sacrificing since all their lives. The only solution to the Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir is merger with Pakistan as its seventh province.  I believe that my nation in occupied territory will not give up till every single Indian armed and civil personnel leave it. The required action for Pakistan is abolish present six provinces by creating at least 15 provinces on administrative basis so that people will not hate each other on the basis of artificial provincialism, and also ensure that the people of newly joined Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir will not be treated as second class citizens. The body of Qaiser Sofi, bearing torture marks was prepared for funeral in Srinagar on Saturday November 05, 2016. My nation in Indian occupied Jammu Kashmir (also known as Maqbooza Kashmir) has been made hostage since October 27, 1947. Indian forces occupied the state by forces under the pretext to maintain law and order. It is a known fact that the whole state of Jammu Kashmir is rightful part of Pakistan for three reasons; it is a Muslim majority state, the state is more contiguous to Pakistan, and the inhabitants has already given their verdict under Muslim Conference on July 19,1947 to be part of Pakistan. The Indian government did not want to give this state to Pakistan. In order to complete its nefarious design, its leadership collaborated with Hari Singh Dora the Hindu ruler of the state to block its accession with Pakistan at all cost. It is available in all reputable newspapers of that period that over 237,000 innocent Muslims of Jammu were butchered in July 1947 with the help of Indian forces, and the rest were ordered to leave. At that time more than 5 million Muslims were forced to go to Pakistan. The main objective was to turn the state into Hindu majority state.

The nation did not lose their hope and they want to join their newly created Pakistan which was built by them. Over 100,000 were killed during first genocide of July 1947 to the martyrdom of Burhan Muzaffar Wani Shaheed on July 8, 2016 in Kokernag by the Indian forces.  My people could not bear the sorrow of the cold blood murder of Burhan Wani, and they started coming out to mourn his death by the illegal occupant forces. Indian forces are trying to supress the voice of my nation by force. Since his martyrdom, the people are relentlessly protesting against Indian human rights violations and we have only one demand from India to cease illegal occupation from our state.  Instead of complying with our genuine demand, the Indian forces have replied by the pellet guns. In 120 days, over 1600 hit by pellets in face, 1100 have eye injuries.

Kindly evaluate the Pakistani stand on Kashmir versus the Indian stand. Pakistan is asserting that it will provide political, moral and diplomatic support to Kashmir. On the contrary, Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah Rehmatullah Elehe asserts that India acquired accession through “fraud and violence”. A plebiscite was unnecessary in the first place, but decisive, and Maqbooza Kashmir must accede to Pakistan now. How can other world nations extend support when Pakistan’s stated stand on Kashmir is not clear while India is not only asserting but it has also codified Kashmir in its constitution as an integral part of India?

India is the so called largest democracy of the world and is lobbying for permanent membership on the United Nations Security Council after conducting genocide in Maqbooza Kashmir, Gujarat, and Punjab (Khalistan). The world’s peaceful nations must come forward to implement the UN resolution on Kashmir. My nation must be given the right to decide its fate in the same way as the people in South Sudan, East Timor, Quebec, and Scotland were granted.

India and its bribed collaborator Mir Shabir Choudhry Pahari (Nationalist) of Ghazi Kashmir must understand that their master India will never be able to dismember Pakistan again. We must admit that India was successful in conquering and making the eastern wing of Pakistan an independent country. There is no doubt that India has been successful in capturing by force the rightful states of Pakistan such as Junagarh, Hyderbad (Deccan),and Manawader. Similarly, the competitive nations conspired successfully and divided one nation and created 57 countries on the basis of regionalism, and tribes, and the entire motive was to make the existence of the ruling nation without a voice. It is a known fact that the Muslims of these tiny Kingdoms are being humiliated one by one. The unfortunate part is that we are disobeying our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) who rejected all these divisions and made us one nation. He (SAW) has already confirmed that the Muslims are one nation irrespective of their tribes, colour, and language in the sight of Allah (SWT). However, I suggest to the government of Pakistan that it must secure this portion by adopting a resolution through its elected parliament that the liberated areas of the state of Jammu Kashmir which is known as Ghazi Kashmir is the sixth province of Pakistan. The parliament also furnishes a demand afresh to Indian leadership that it must return the remaining 42,000 square miles under its illegal occupation since October 27, 1947 to Pakistan. It must take this action in order to counter India’s illegal claim on the state. There is no need to keep Ghazi Kashmir holding an area of 4, 000 square miles as a separate entity. If the nation of Pakistan is not able to secure this territory in its constitution, it may lose both Ghazi Kashmir and Gilgat Baltistan as well. Rest assured we the Muslims of Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir will not go anywhere after getting liberation from India if Government of Pakistan recognizes us in its constitution that we will be treated at par to others who are already their citizens. The Pakistani leadership, TV, and radio anchors must not shy away when talking about the cause of Kashmir because Indian leadership, their TV and radio anchors as well as the common persons of Hindu faith even if he/she is living in Delhi are parroting that Jammu Kashmir state is integral part of India. In order to get liberation from Hindu slavery, the Sikhs of Punjab (Khalistan), and the Muslims of Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir must work together. The Sikhs also have a valid claim to recoup their state from Indian occupation but they must go through the religion route.

India is occupying about 42,000 square miles of the state of Jammu Kashmir (also known as Maqbooza Kashmir). This whole region of Jammu Kashmir lawfully belongs to Pakistan. The Indian forces occupied it on October 27, 1947 in pretext to maintain law and order. The inhabitants of Maqbooza Kashmir like other parts of the Indian sub-continent and its princely states decided to be a part of Pakistan. For instance Junagharh, Manawader, and Hyderabad (Deccan) decided to be part of Pakistan. The inhabitants of the state of Jammu Kashmir passed a verdict with overwhelming majority votes on July 19, 1947 under the leadership of Sardar Ibrahim Khan the leader of Muslim Conference that the state will join with Pakistan. The Sikhs were the claimant of Punjab (Khalistan) but India illegally occupied it by declaring that the Sikhs are Hindus therefore, Khalistan belongs to it. The sub-continent India and its princely states were in fact divided on the basis of two nations theory, and Jammu Kashmir which consisted of more than 90% Muslims was legally a part of Pakistan as per the partition plan.

India had a bad eye over the state of Jammu Kashmir and it felt that it would be hard to merge this state with India. In order to fulfill its nefarious design, the Indian leadership collaborated with Hari Singh Dogra (the Hindu ruler of the state). The Indian forces along with the forces of Maharaja Hari Singh began killing Muslims. The Times of London reported the events in Jammu with the following front page headline: “Elimination of Muslims from Jammu”, and pointed out that Maharaja Hari Singh was “in person commanding all the forces” which were ethnically cleansing the Muslims. It is a known fact that over 250,000 innocent Muslims were butchered and the rest were ordered to leave if they wanted to save their lives. More than (five million) 5,000,000 were forced to migrate who are now permanently settled in Pakistan. These people like other people who migrated from India are bona-fide citizens of Pakistan.

The atrocities of the Indian soldiers did not stop there rather it is ongoing as of this day of writing. Another 200,000 have been killed post partition. All this is being done to change the Muslims to minorities in the state. Despite the unbearable cruelties inflicted, the Indian forces could not remove love from the hearts of Muslims for Pakistan. We in Maqbooza Kashmir believe that if we want to protect our religion our merger with Pakistan is must as Indian forces are already implementing laws which are contrary to the spirit of Islam; for instance opening of shops for the sale of alcohol, and other intoxicants. It has imposed a ban on the slaughtering of cows in the state, in some places women are not allowed to wear Hijab. In order to keep hold the Indian government is keep erecting the fake Hindu Yatras in the occupied territories.

Recently a 12-year Junaid student of grade 7 at New Bonvivant English School Hawal Road here Roll No. 29 of Saidapora Eidgah in old Srinagar, who was hit by pellets Friday evening, succumbed to his injuries early Saturday morning (October 8,2016), taking the death toll in the ongoing unrest to 94. Shutdown across Kashmir continued for the 95th consecutive day even as clashes were reported from various parts of Kashmir in which at least 65 people sustained injuries taking the total number of injuries in the turmoil to about 14,500. A massive Muharram procession was taken out from Shamaswari Khanqah to Habba Kadal locality in Shaher-e-Khaas. Witnesses said as the procession reached Baba Demb area, it was intercepted by a large contingent of forces. As the mourners refused to disperse, forces swung into action and fired several teargas canisters. However, the mourners offered stiff resistance and marched in a procession to Habba Kadal. Reports said several mourners were injured in forces action.

We cannot retreat or change our goal after losing more than 400,000 Muslims and sell the sacrifices of our mothers, sisters and daughters who lost their honour to the Indian soldiers. An independent Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir is not the best choice as a country founded on about 30,000 square miles will be hard to survive as its own. We cannot liberate all 42,000 square miles under India’s control. The Hindu majority areas of the state wish to stay with India at all cost. Gilgat Baltistan is the fifth province of Pakistan. The people of GB would like to stay with bigger economy like Pakistan. In case of independence they are asserting that they want to form their own country as they staunchly claim that they are not Kashmiris. For the Muslims of Mabooza Jammu Kashmir the best choice is to join with Pakistan as a seventh province as and when it gets freedom from Indian slavery.

Muhammad Muzafar Pandit son of Muhammad Ramzan of Check Kawoosa area of Budgam district succumbed at SK Institute of Medical Sciences at Soura Srinagar Maqbooza Kashmir. This 22 years young boy sustained pellet injuries on September 15 during clashes that broke out in Kawoosa village after Indian soldiers allegedly barged into the area and resorted to indiscriminate pellet and teargas shelling, injuring this boy and dozens of protesters.

We would like to assert just one thing; despite the thousands killed since occupation, and the over 92 innocent civilians that have been murdered recently, we are a lawful part of Pakistan. India is the colonizer and aggressor as it has already dismembered 4 states of Pakistan such as Junagar, Hyderabad (Deccan), Manwadar, and East Pakistan (presently known as Bangladesh). Regards,

In a speech given to the Pakistan Muslim League (N) Canada, I, Habib Yousafzai on Pakistan’s Independence Day congratulated the nation of Pakistan on its 69th Independence Day. All the credit for this goes to the Founder of Pakistan, Qaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah (Rehmatullah Elehe) who created the nation and as such is the father of the nation. Because of his efforts, we are able to live as a free nation. Had we been living in combined India, the Muslims would be no better off than the Dalits. In fact, the situation is so deplorable that people are being forced to say “Jai Mata Di” and are being killed under the suspicion that they have eaten cow meat.

Pakistan is incomplete without Kashmir. It is time that India must compensate the nation of Pakistan by handing over Maqbooza Kashmir to them. It will be a nail in the head if creates a separate country out of Maqbooza Kashmir which is a legal part of Pakistan. Indian policy is none other than hypocrisy as they have not even granted us the right of Plebiscite which was also approved by the United Nations. On the other hand it did not wait for any of thepeoples votes, and instead, occupied three Pakistani states of Manawadar, Junagar, and Hyderabad under the plea that these states are Hindu majority states. It also occupied the Sikh state Khalistan to increase its material power, although, the subcontinent was divided on the basis of religion. And the Sikhs being a different religion also are entitled to have their own country Khalistan. In order to maintain the illegal occupation of Maqbooza Kashmir, it went ahead and dismembered East Pakistan (presently known as Bangladesh) by force.  

Qaid-e-Azam after founding Pakistan advised that all people living in Pakistan, irrespective of their caste, colour, creed, religion, and place of birth are Pakistanis. The government should treat its citizens with this message in mind and remove Karachi from the quota system for more than three decades. Karachi is suffering through an unjust system right now because of Quota for medical, engineering and science admissions, as well as, any other professional career choices. Those that have migrated to Pakistan are not getting the rights that they are entitled to.

Mr. Narendra Modi you stop day dreaming that you will repeat the history of East Pakistan by creating independent states out of Azad Kashmir, and Baluchistan. India must understand that it will not be able to snatch an inch of Pakistan. In case of war many states will cease India and join with Pakistan. We condemn the month long curfew in Maqbooza Kashmir that has left the people without basic necessities. More than 60 people have been killed and more than 1000 individuals have been made blind due to the use of pellet guns. But still my nation in Maqbooza Kashmir are more determined than ever that India cannot suppress our voice and we shall not sit idle until India withdraws its forces and we have a complete merger with Pakistan. It is time that the Maqbooza Kashmir will be joining Pakistan as its seventh province.
