per the Chinese ruling the adult heirs are responsible to take care of their parents
in their old age. If these nine victims have
their adult heirs as a matter of fact they must also be charged along with Elizabeth
Tracy Mae Wettlaufer, the practitioner care giver nurse of the seniors home.
