I believe you and most others are already knowledgeable with these facts but I am reproducing them for refreshment. Maharaja Hari Singh in collaboration with Indian forces killed over 100,000 Muslims and the remaining were ordered to evacuate Jammu or prepare to die in the third week of August, 1947.  This brutality was enforced to change the Muslim majority state into a Hindu Majority state. Indian leadership believed that Kashmir being a Muslim majority State would undoubtedly join the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. It is also a historical fact that effective August 14, 1947 the day Pakistan emerged as a nation the Pakistani Stamp was being embossed in the post offices of Srinagar. In a response to innocent killings in Jammu, Mujahedeen that consisted of Muslim Pathans, Muslim people of Kashmir and the Pakistan army librated 4200 square miles of the state which is known as Azad Kashmir. These forces could have been successful in liberating the whole state but unfortunately, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru the then Prime Minister tricked Sheikh Abdullah by presenting Nationalistic views and divided the people of Kashmir and as a result occupied and enslaved the people.   Neither do I believe in the slogan “Jag Kashmiri Jag” nor do I believe in the terminology “Kashmiri and non-Kashmiri” as at the end of the day, Hindus will claim that they have successfully enslaved Muslims in Maqbooza Kashmir by force. The twelve million inhabitants of Maqbooza  Kashmir are citizens of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the 42,000 square miles territory of the state of Jammu and Kashmir (AKA Maqbooza Kashmir) respectively belong to Pakistan and it is their responsibility to liberate Maqbooza Kashmir. May Allah (SWT) unite us and make us understand that united we stand divided we fall.

JENAB GEELANI SAHAB BARRED FROM FRIDAY PRAYER'S FOR 32ND WEEK

Hurriyat Conference (G) has strongly condemned the continued house arrest of its chairman Jenab Syed Ali Shah Geelani Sahab, saying it was 32nd Friday today in a row that he was not permitted to offer congregational prayers. Preventing a leader from attending his religious, social and political obligations is unconstitutional and morally wrong, said Hurriyat spokesman Ayaz Akbar in a statement today. Geelani Sahab has been confined to his home since 2010.However; the restrictions in 2013 are tougher and unprecedented. Even judiciary failed to deliver justice, undue delay in judicial processes is extremely painful. Hurriyat filed a petition against this unlawful detention and though the court reserved its judgment for announcement, it is still awaited.

Three months have passed and legal institutions failed to answer under what law Geelani Sahab is being confined to four walls and denied fundamental rights. Human rights groups also failed to play any effective role in this regard, said the spokesman. Omar Abdullah through his dictatorial rule never permitted Geelani Sahab to interact with people and right from first day of his tenure adopted hostile attitude towards the aged leader. Omar has surpassed all records of his father and grandfather, said Ayaz Akbar, adding, Omar is following the footsteps of late Bakshi Ghulam Muhammad Bakshi while justifying detention of Plebiscite Front leadership had called them a threat to peace. 'Security forces in JK accused in 70 rape, 55 molestation cases'

Srinagar, Oct 8: More than two rape or molestation cases have been reported in Jammu and Kashmir per day over the last 24 years but the conviction rate in these cases during the period has been a dismal 3.26 per cent.

In a written reply to the Assembly, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, who is in-charge minister for Home Affairs, said 5,125 rape cases and 14,953 molestation cases have been registered in the state

over the last 24 years.

According to official data, 2,601 rape cases have been registered in Kashmir and 2,524 in Jammu province between 1989 and 2003. In the same period, 12,215 cases of molestation were registered in Kashmir and 2,738 in Jammu.

Giving details of disposal of rape cases, the government said the accused were convicted in only 579 of the 17,736 rape and molestation cases which were challenged before the courts. The conviction rate was as many as 1,446 cases of rape (664) and molestation (782) were not admitted while 180 cases, including 65 rape cases, remained untraced.

The security forces personnel are accused in 70 rape cases (41 in Kashmir and 29 in Jammu) and 55 cases of molestations (44 in Kashmir and 11 in Jammu).The state police personnel are accused in 59 rape cases (15 in Kashmir and 44 in Jammu) and 34 molestation cases (12 in Kashmir and 22 in Jammu).

There are seven rape cases registered against militants while three ultras are accused of molestation. The surrendered are accused in three rape cases but have no molestation case registered against them.

The government said the High Court has designated various courts of Additional District Judges as Special courts for trying offenses relating to women to ensure speedy justice to victims.

Pro-freedom leaders including Chairman Islamic Political Party Mr.Mohammad Yousuf  Naqash, Chairman Muslim Conference Shabir Ahmad Dar and Chairman International Forum for Justice and Human Rights Mohammad Ahsan Untoo in a joint statement strongly condemned colonial rulers of India for stopping Mr. Mohammad Yasin Malik prominent pro freedom leader and Chairman JKLF from meeting his 18 month old daughter and wife and said that this extreme cruelty perpetrated by India in Kashmir is intolerable and said that all this curse in the shape of death and destruction is befalling on Kashmir due to its forced occupation by India and India besides killing , disrespecting, molesting and raping the honor of Kashmir interfering in the private, social, religious and economic affairs and affecting them badly. The reason behind this entire curse is the forced occupation of Kashmir. It is the insincere, inhuman and cruel policy of India to oppress people here in order to stop them from demanding their birth right to self determination. They invited world attention towards such uncertain and dangerous situation in Kashmir and appealed it to come forward and rescue people of Kashmir from the forced subjugation and oppression of India. They strongly condemned the unabated oppression including arrest, torture and detention of youth, students, resistance leaders and activists and acts of molestation and rape at the hands of Indian forces in the nook and corner of Jammu Kashmir and said that unless Kashmir gets freedom from Indian forced subjugation natives here will continue to reel under threat of life chastity and dignity. As such the first and foremost obligation of people of Kashmir is to get rid from this forced subjugation.

Kashmir Council EU held protest on Indian President’s visit to Belgium

Kashmir Council EU organized a protest demonstration in Brussels on Thursday, October 03, 2013 on occasion of Indian President Pranab Mukherjee’s visit to Belgium.

The President, Pranab Mukherjee is paying a state visit to Belgium from Wednesday, October 2 to Saturday, October 5.

The protest demonstration led by Chaudhry Khalid Mahmood Joshi, the senior Vice President of Kashmir Council EU held at ‘Place de la Liberte1000 Brussels’ near Federal Parliament of Belgium.

A large number of Kashmiris and their sympathizers and supporters in Europe participated in the demonstration.

Meanwhile, Chairman Kashmir Council EU Mr.Ali Raza Syed in a message on the occasion said, our peaceful struggle will continue until every single Indian armed and civil personnel leaves Kashmir and the citizens are granted the right to self determination as per the UN resolution of 1948.

Kashmir Diaspora Alliance asserts that when Hindu leadership received power on a platter on August 15, 1947 to rule India which pointedly they had never had before, they immediately violated the basis of division that Muslim majority areas will go to Pakistan and the Hindu majority areas will be India.  In an attempt to assume the rule of hegemony of the subcontinent India occupied Muslim areas and states by force and enslaved the people of the state of Jammu and Kashmir, Junagarh, Manawa and Hyderabad.  Even the Sikhs were not spared the Indian wrath when their state of Punjab effective as of August 15, 1947 was also occupied by India.  Human rights organizations indicate more than 200,000 Kashmiris and 270,000 Sikhs have been mercilessly butchered.  Anybody who understands what the citizens of these occupied territories is going through, attend the protest and raise your voice against the Indian government’s cruelties. 

Kashmir Council EU to protest on Indian President’s visit to Belgium on Thursday

Kashmir Council EU would organised a protest demonstration in Brussels on Thursday on occasion of Indian President Pranab Mukherjee’s visit to Belgium.

The President, Pranab Mukherjee will pay a state visit to Belgium from Wednesday, October 2 to Saturday, October 5.

The protest demonstration would be held from 11:00 am to 13:00 pm on Thursday, October 3, 2013 at ‘Place de la Liberte  1000  Brussels’ near Federal Parliament of Belgium.

In a statement in Brussels, Chairman Kashmir Council EU Ali Raza Syed said, we want to record our peaceful protest on large scale human rights violations against innocent Kashmiris and continuation of occupation by New Delhi on the Indian Held Kashmir.

He said, the voices of cries from the Kashmir are being reached in all over the world. We are struggling to make awareness among the Europeans on Kashmir issue particularly atrocities committed by the Indian occupation forces. We would continue our comprehensive move to obtain further European sympathy and friendship with the supressed Kashmiris.

It is clear fact that grave atrocities are being committed against the people of Jammu and Kashmir and every day is witnessed of killings of innocent Kashmiris including women and children. People in Indian Held Kashmir [AKA MAQBOOZA KASHMIR]particularly youth are being disappeared and large scale unnamed graves were discovered in the valley.

He said, about 800,000 Indian forces are deployed in Indian Held Kashmir (MAQBOOZA KASHMIR) and they are involved in the atrocities against the suppressed people of the held territory.
