JOINT STATEMENT: POSTED BY HABIB YOUSAFZAI KASHMIR DIASPORA ALLIANCE

Pro-freedom leaders including Chairman Islamic Political Party Mr.Mohammad Yousuf  Naqash, Chairman Muslim Conference Shabir Ahmad Dar and Chairman International Forum for Justice and Human Rights Mohammad Ahsan Untoo in a joint statement strongly condemned colonial rulers of India for stopping Mr. Mohammad Yasin Malik prominent pro freedom leader and Chairman JKLF from meeting his 18 month old daughter and wife and said that this extreme cruelty perpetrated by India in Kashmir is intolerable and said that all this curse in the shape of death and destruction is befalling on Kashmir due to its forced occupation by India and India besides killing , disrespecting, molesting and raping the honor of Kashmir interfering in the private, social, religious and economic affairs and affecting them badly. The reason behind this entire curse is the forced occupation of Kashmir. It is the insincere, inhuman and cruel policy of India to oppress people here in order to stop them from demanding their birth right to self determination. They invited world attention towards such uncertain and dangerous situation in Kashmir and appealed it to come forward and rescue people of Kashmir from the forced subjugation and oppression of India. They strongly condemned the unabated oppression including arrest, torture and detention of youth, students, resistance leaders and activists and acts of molestation and rape at the hands of Indian forces in the nook and corner of Jammu Kashmir and said that unless Kashmir gets freedom from Indian forced subjugation natives here will continue to reel under threat of life chastity and dignity. As such the first and foremost obligation of people of Kashmir is to get rid from this forced subjugation.
