TWO CIVILIAN YOUTHS MURDERED BY THE INDIAN REGIME IN MAQBOOZA KASHMIR: HABIB YOUSAFZAI, CHAIRMAN OF THE KASHMIR DIASPORA ALLIANCE

TWO CIVILIAN YOUTHS MURDERED BY THE INDIAN REGIME IN MAQBOOZA KASHMIR:
HABIB YOUSAFZAI, CHAIRMAN OF THE KASHMIR DIASPORA ALLIANCE

ASSALAM-O-ALAIKUM!

A genocide has been carried out by the Indian Army in Jammu Kashmir alias Maqbooza Kashmir and designated by the UN as the Internationally Disputed Areas of Jammu Kashmir (IDA:JK). Two civilian youth, Mehraj-Ud-Dar and Faisal Ahmad Bhat, were killed in an Army firing in IDA:JK’s Chattergam area of Budgam district on Monday November 03,2014. Aside from this atrocity, another 605 (six hundred five) are being kept under detention by the occupant army without any charges.

This is just one more injustice on innocent lives in Maqbooza Kashmir; families destroyed, people’s lives forever changed so that the Indian state can maintain its occupation. Grave atrocities are being committed on a daily basis by more than 700,000 Indian forces against Kashmiri citizens. These atrocities cannot be forgotten. According to the UN and other human rights organizations, records indicate that the Indian regime and its armed forces have killed more than 202,851 citizens, made 216,633 arrests, 110,755 have disappeared, 115,913 homes demolished, leaving 122,857 widows and 207,486 orphans.

Is this justice? Is this democracy? When will the international community speak out? When will change take place?

WE ARE WITH THOSE WHO ARE OPPRESSED AND STAUNCHLY AGAINST THE OPPRESSORS:
HABIB YOUSAFZAI,CHAIRMAN KASHMIR DIASPORA ALLIANCE

ASSALAM-O-ALAIKUM!

The inhabitants of Jammu Kashmir alias Maqbooza Kashmir [also known as Internationally Disputed Areas of Jammu Kashmir (IDA:JK)] are indebted to the 188.2 million brothers and sisters of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan for their unwavering support for the freedom of a nation under the oppression of an occupying force. We salute Pakistan because despite the innumerable losses, it remains steadfast in their support since India’s preplanned attack and occupation of IDA: JK on October 27, 1947.

Furthermore, we wholeheartedly appreciate the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, his sister Aseefa Bhutto Zardari and Former Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir, Pakistan Barrister Sultan Mehmood for their participation in the rally of London Million March on October 27, 2014 to impress India to cease its illegal occupation of IDA: JK. Based upon the partition plan of Indian-sub-continent, Kashmir being a Muslim Majority state should be a part of Pakistan. Moreover, we endorse the statement of Mr. Zardari, when he boldly stated that Pakistan will liberate every part of Kashmir from India’s illegal occupation.

We feel the pain of the inhabitants of Arunachal Pradesh apart of Southern Tibet which was also occupied by the Indian government, and the Sikhs of Sikh Homeland Punjab (Khalistan) who were mercilessly slaughtered at the hands of Indian forces. The day is near when Arunachal Pradesh will once again join China which it originally belonged to and the flag of Khalistan will be waving alongside with other nations.

THE INDIAN STATE RELISHING OVER ILLEGAL OCCUPATION IS NOT THE SOLUTION, UNITY FROM THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN OCCUPIED IS:HABIB YOUSAFZAI,CHAIRMAN OF THE KASHMIR DIASPORA ALLIANCE

ASSALAM-O-ALAIKUM!

India occupied Kashmir by force on October 27, 1947 in order to establish its hegemony over South Asia. The fact remains that the people of Hindu faith never ruled united India. The Muslims united Indian sub-continent and ruled it over a thousand years despite the fact that they were a fraction of the total population. Abul Muzaffar Muhiuddine Mohammad Aurangzeb Alamgir (Rehmatullah-Elahe), who was born November 04, 1618 and died on March 03, 1707, ruled the entire sub-continent. His reign lasted 49 years from 1658 until his death and he was a very good practicing Muslim. Unfortunately, his heirs and subsequent rulers could not maintain such a huge empire because of disunity among the lines. This disunity was ultimately caused by various different factions of the empire identifying with an identity other than Islam and this problem persists today.

Similarly on August 15, 1947, the day India received freedom from the British, an entirely different nation of Chinese descent of Arunachal Pradesh apart of Southern Tibet was also occupied by the Indian government which was recently highlighted by Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying stated that “Indian should refrain from complicating the boundary issue” (PTI Updated Oct 27,2014).  Aside from this, the Sikhs of Punjab, Khalistan  (Sikh Homeland an inherited state of Sikhs) were also occupied. Just like in the past, disunity and division and the influence of the Indian state also led to the dismemberment of Bangladesh formerly known as East Pakistan. A renowned newspaper The Greater Kashmir reported on October 31st quoting the statement of Indian Home Minister Rajnath Singh who stated that Pakistan has seen an adequate response for the so called recent transgressions along the LoC.

The shocking fact is that this new government is stating this like it is something to celebrate? Despite claiming to be the largest democracy in the world, rather than providing those it has occupied with democratic rights, it is propagating military victory over a territory that it has illegally occupied? This is a disgrace to democracy, and all moral and ethical behaviour. The Indian state needs to move past rhetoric and propaganda and come to the table in order to come to a peaceful resolution to the issues at hand in all occupied territories. Are not the lost lives of hundreds of thousands in the occupied territories such as those in Kashmir who has lost more than 200,000 and Khalistan which has lost more than 270,000 lives each, and the thousands in Arunachal Pradesh enough?

At the same time the Pakistani state must also become united as one, and as well as the Muslim Ummah. How can we fend off and stand for justice for ourselves, when we are too busy fighting one another? We must not forget the days of Aurangzeb Alamgir (Rehmatullah-Elahe) when we were standing strong and united, and justice was administered throughout the Indian subcontinent. Similarly, until we join one another on common grounds, whether that is Islam, or in the case of other territories oppressed by the Indian state as brothers in human kind, we will never free ourselves of oppression.
