The Muslims own the whole state of Jammu and Kashmir and they ruled it for more than 1,000 years. It was lost it in 1819, but by the Grace of Allah (SWT) one third of the state has been liberated. The rest of the 42,000 Square Miles are still under illegal occupation. The ISI and Pakistan army is savior of the Muslims of Kashmir region. The Pahari Nationalists are worried for no reason as their area known as Ghazi Kashmir has already been liberated. They unnecessarily believe that their fate has yet to be determined. The Muslims in Maqbooza Kashmir believe that it is rightfully a part of Pakistan. Had the approach of regionalism been adopted, the state of Jammu and Kashmir would end up splitting into more than 15 autonomous countries. It is also important to realize that the Kashmiris of Hindu faith are staunch supporters of India. The Hindus will never go for an independent state or its accession with Pakistan. Pakistan after suffering a loss of Junagrah, Manava, Hyderabad, and East Pakistan (Presently known as Bangladesh), will not let India and its collaborators take away an inch of Ghazi Kashmir from Pakistan. Raise K-issue with Obama: Aasiya to Pak PM

Dukhtaran-e-Millat (DeM) president Aasiya Andrabi today urged Pakistan Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharief, to raise Kashmir issue with US President, Barak Obama, in his meeting with the latter next week. “Pakistan was created on the basis of religion and is seen as a fort of Islam in the subcontinent. Therefore, the Pakistan Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharief should represent himself in that capacity while meeting the US president Obama next week. He should raise atrocities on Muslims besides the Kashmir issue. The Pakistan PM should also raise the issue of Afiya Sidiqui and demand her shifting to Pakistan in case America is still not ready to release her,” Aasiya said in a statement issued today. She said the Indian Muslims are going through a difficult phase and there is nobody to speak for them. “The whole world is silently witnessing the brutal murders of Indian Muslims being carried by fanatics on one or the other pretext. It is the duty of Pakistan premier to raise the issue and discuss it threadbare with Obama”, she added. “While discussing Kashmir with US president, Pakistan prime minister should give a reference of J&K High Court’s recent observation that Jammu Kashmir has never merged with India and is not like other Indian states.”

Pakistan Thursday called upon India to stop its 'conspiracies' and 'proxy wars' aimed at destabilising Pakistan. Foreign Office spokesman Qazi Khalilullah in a weekly news briefing said that Pakistan has given three dossiers to the United Nations (UN) Secretary-General containing evidence of Indian involvement in Balochistan, Karachi and its support to Tehrek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) rebels. The spokesman said Indian accusations regarding Pakistan's involvement in terrorism on their soil have always turned out to be fake. Khalilullah also condemned the recent unpleasant incidents of maltreatment of Pakistani citizens in the neighbouring country, citing the incidents during former foreign minister Khursheed Kasuri's visit and ghazal singer Ghulam Ali'scancelled event, but expressed hope that the Indian government will take steps to avoid occurrence of such incidents in future. Reiterating Pakistan's stance, the spokesman said that Pakistan is ready talk on all issues with India provided there are no pre-conditions and the core issue of Kashmir is included in the agenda. "What the people of Indian Kashmir are facing is also called state terrorism," said Qazi Khalilullah. Khalilullah confirmed that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has invited Kashmir's All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) leader Syed Ali Gilani to Pakistan. About the PM's visit to the United States, he said Nawaz Sharif will visit the US on President Barack Obama's invitation between October 20 and 23. "The PM will meet top government officials in the US to discuss matters pertaining to regional security and other issues of mutual interest," said Khalilullah. In reply to a question, Khalilullah said that there are no footprints of self-styled extremist group Islamic State (IS) in Pakistan. Now, Sharif invites Geelani to Pakistan

Days after India hosted Baloch leader Nawabzada Hyrbyair Marri in New Delhi, Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Saturday invited Syed Ali Geelani, chairman of a faction of the Hurriyat, to Islamabad. A letter from Mr. Sharif was handed over to Mr. Geelani by Pakistan High Commissioner Abdul Basit who called on him at Tilak Nagar in Delhi. Pakistan’s Deputy High Commissioner Mansoor Ahmad Khan and other High Commission officials also met Mr. Geelani and his aide Peer Saifullah, public relations secretary Altaf Ahmad Shah and Hurriyat spokesman Ayaz Akbar. “I am inviting you to Pakistan, so that I too can gain something from your views on the present situation. Hope that you will spare time to visit Pakistan at the earliest,” reads Mr. Sharif’s letter, according to the Hurriyat spokesman. “Kashmir is not any border dispute but it is the issue of right to self-determination of 20 million Kashmiri people, and we had conveyed to India in clear terms that there are no possibilities of progress in the relations between the two countries without the Kashmir issue being addressed,” the spokesman quoted Mr. Sharif as saying. He said the letter promised “full support to the ‘Kashmiri nation’ on political, diplomatic and moral fronts. “It says, Kashmir is the unfinished agenda of the Pakistan formation and ignoring this agenda can never establish friendly relationship between the two countries,” the spokesman said. The Pakistan delegation reportedly praised Mr. Geelani for his “resolve, determination, commitment and straightforwardness.” Interestingly, Pakistan has chosen Mr. Geelani, instead of Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, chairman of another faction of the Hurriyat, which supports dialogue with New Delhi. Mr. Geelani opposes talks with the Centre.

Based on the two nation theory, the Hindu majority area of Maqbooza Kashmir out of the 42,000 square miles under occupation of Indian can remain with India. Meanwhile, the remaining area must be given back to Pakistan sooner than later. Pakistan has no choice but to liberate all of the 42,000 if no peace settlement can be reached with India. 

The inhabitants of Maqbooza Kashmir are related to the people of Pakistan by blood. From 1947 to the present day, anytime Pakistan has attempted to liberate all 42,000 square miles, India has been able to successfully bribe a few Kashmiri inhabitant to advocate for an independent Kashmir. A great example is Sheikh Abdullah also known as Mir Abdullah of Kashmir (a term synonyms to Mir Jaffar and Mir Sadiq). Although the distance between India and Afghanistan is approximately 300 miles they are still able to manipulate Afghanistan into attacking Pakistan. God forbid, even if Maqbooza Kashmir became a sovereign state, either way it will still share a border with India and undoubtedly will use it as a proxy. Regardless, if Maqbooza Kashmir becomes a sovereign state, India has already accomplished its goal as it has already occupied Manawa, Junagar, Hyderabad, and even the Sikh State Khalistan and dismembered half of Pakistan in 1971 to solidify its hegemony. Instead of taking the risk of war, India is funding terrorist organizations to attack innocents and so called nationalist (a term alien to Islam). Due to this enemy propaganda, many are falling to the false ideology that the Muslims are made up of different nations unlike God’s order.

World leaders must tell India that it will never be granted the permanent membership of the UN Security Council because of its serious human rights violations in the occupied territory and against other minorities such as Christians, Sikhs and Muslims living all over India . If India is allowed a seat on the UN SC, why not Pakistan who has vehemently fought against terrorism and has an active role in the international peace keeping sphere? What of Turkey, South Africa, Brazil? There must be greater emphasis on a nation as an international citizen and its conduct of human rights, especially those in its domestic sphere. How can a nation which has ignored Resolutions by the UN, committed mass violations become one of its leaders?

Recently Muhammad Akhlaq was killed by extremist Hindus under the suspicion that he has eaten beef. This is an appalling state of affairs where a man, living a supposed secular state is killed over the eating of meat product.
