Indian leadership encompassing
Pundit Jawaharlal Nehru, Chandulal Trivedi, and Sardar Vallabbhai Patel decided
to merge Manawader, Junagarh, and Hyderabad (Deccan) with India on the basis
that the states had a Hindu majority population. In the case of Jammu Kashmir,
the trio declared that its fate will be decided by the Kashmiris. As soon as Pundit
Jawaharlal Nehru the plaintiff of the UN resolution reached India, he began parroting
that the entire state of Jammu Kashmir is its integral part. Similarly, India
merged the Sikh Homeland Punjab (Khalistan) with India by falsely labeling them
Hindus. By giving provincial status to Azad Kashmir, Pakistan is not giving up
its claim over Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir. The further Pakistan delays in taking
action the more difficult the task will become to get Maqbooza Jammu Kashmir
back from India.
