Kashmir sensitive international dispute, solution lays in complete freedom from Indian forcible occupation- Naqash

Chairman Islamic Political Party Internationally Disputed Areas of Jammu and Kashmir (IDA: JK), also known as Maqbooza Kashmir, Mr.Mohammad Yousuf Naqash has said that Kashmir is a sensitive international dispute by virtue of many Kashmir specific United Nations resolutions recognizing the inalienable Right to Self Determination of its people, deprived and denied to them by India. He said this during corner meetings at upper khalmul and Baba Darya Deen Ganderbal. Many party leaders and activists including Mushtaq Ahmad Bhat, Mohammad Yousuf Mir, Mohammad Ayub Dar, Mohammad Abass, Nazir Ahmad Sofi and Sajad Ahmad were with him. He further said that given the disputed nature of Kashmir United Nations Organization has stationed its offices in Indian occupied Kashmir and Azad Kashmir who will quit only after permanent resolution of Kashmir by way of ensuring Right to Self Determination to the People here, deprived by India after forcibly subjugating Kashmir. He further said Indian politicians and leaders are deceiving people by raking up controversies on Article 370 in Indian occupied Kashmir as the so called special status through the said article has already been reversed by amending it. If at all this article would have been intact in its actual position, even then it would not make any difference as it advocates autonomy to the people of Indian occupied Kashmir within the frame work of Indian Domain. This is totally unacceptable to the people here as they want complete freedom from the forced occupation of India and are perpetually striving and supremely sacrificing for this ultimate objective. Hence Article 370 though of no importance and value for them, points to yet another betrayal of India by way of reversing the constitutional guarantee of autonomy. He further said that these opportunist Indian politicians are raking up Article 370 for serving Indian interests and it is our duty and obligation to remain vigilant about the ill designs and conspiracies of India to frustrate them in the interest of serving the purpose of ongoing freedom struggle.

Mr. Naqash strongly condemned unabated repression of Kashmiri people at the hands of Indian forces and appealed United Nations Organization to play its role for emancipating Kashmir from Indian oppression and Forced occupation.
