Islamic Political Party Maqbooza Jammu
and Kashmir led by its Chairman Mr.Mohammad Yousuf Naqash organized silent sit
in protest at Pratap Park Lal Chowk in which Senior party leaders including
Moulvi Qamar-ud-Din, Tariq Ahmad Sheikh, Malik Shabir, Showkat Ahmad Bhat,
Mohammad Ayoub Dar, Mohammad Yousuf Mir, Tantray Sajad, Roof Kashmri and dozens
of party activists participated. They were holding play cards in hands
depicting the gross Human Rights Violations perpetrated by Indian forces in the
nook and corner of Jammu Kashmir and appealed to the International Community to
come to the rescue of tormented people of Jammu Kashmir and emancipate them
from Indian forced occupation and oppression as has been promised to them by
the United Nations Organization.
