OBJECTS:
The primary objective of the Alliance shall be to seek permanent
and peaceful resolution of the chronic problem relating to the Internationally
Disputed Areas of Jammu and Kashmir (IDA: JK), in accordance with the United
Nations: Security Council Resolution of 1948. Since IDA: JK is under illegal
occupation of the alleged Indian democracy since October 27, 1947.
It shall alleviate the suffering caused due to the forcible and
fraudulent occupation on IDA: JK by the Indian administration.
The Alliance shall alleviate the suffering caused by the longstanding
occupation by India of the IDA: JK.
The Alliance shall perform research and explore strategies on the
subject matter of the IDA: JK and promote favorable public policy amongst,
political parties, government and non-governmental organizations, human rights
groups, international organizations and intelligentsia aiding and reshaping the
public policy within and outside IDA: JK.
It shall inculcate and spread unequivocal, true, unbiased and
relevant knowledge and work towards creating awareness about IDA: JK across
world institutions, news media platforms, along with the policy makers by
virtue of discussions, research, debates and meetings.
Alliance shall strive to create awareness about the
responsibilities of the civil societies in order to influence the policies of
the different groups: political, religious, separatist, civil, economic or
academic directly or indirectly related to IDA: JK.
It shall work towards establishing chapter and/or affiliates in
different regions, in and outside IDA: JK, to further the primary objective and
other aforesaid goals.
It shall seek assistance and co-operation from international
organizations, governments, non-governmental organizations, human rights
groups, corporations and individuals who have a common understanding and
objectives.
Encourage the Kashmir Diaspora to participate in public affairs
and civic discourse to raise awareness of the IDA: JK occupation by India
around the globe.
Muster Diaspora support for peace and human rights initiatives in
IDA: JK through seminars, workshops, meetings, discussions, etc.
Foster harmony and cohesion within IDA: JK groups and promote
eclectic Kashmiri tradition, culture, art and literature.
