Subject: Regarding the Debate on Honouring the assassins of Indira Gandhi by Sri Akal Takth Sahib.
Respected Sir/ Ma’am,
First of all I would like to say “Wahe Guru Ji Ka Khalsa Wahe Guru ji Ki Fateh”.
Now let’s come to the point which you have raised in your so called serious TV Debate on a very serious issue of honouring the assassins of Indira Gandhi. First thing is that debate is not up to the standards of viewing or listening, because your anchor seems to be a stupid fellow and the guests who came to your show seems to be Non-committed to the cause for which the debate was organized. The Army person to whom you have called was showing the signs of mentally unfitness & the Sikh person Hardeep Singh was also acting like a dumb. This is all about the anchor and the guests. Now let’s come to the issue.
Your anchor in the show keep on saying that media is doing its duty by bringing this issue in light. First thing is that it is not a hidden agenda. We all Sikhs have faith in Sri Akal Takth Sahib. The persons who are getting honour from Sri Akal Takth Sahib are the great martyrs of community. If Indian Government or you think it is illegal and not according to the law, then we are ready to come forward. Let’s bring law in all the issues of Punjab. First of all book all the persons, ministers, police officers & fake religious babas those are guilty in the killings of lakhs of innocent Sikhs. Let’s bring those police officers under law who were involved in fake encounters, raping Sikh women under the name of “Operation Shudhikaran”. Bring all the data of the disappeared Young Sikh boys those never came back home after being picked up by the Police. If you people are unaware of these incidents then just go through the Khalra Report for which Sardar Jaswant Singh Khalra was murdered by Indian Police Force. Bring all those Army persons under the law who were responsible for the killing of thousands of innocent children, women and old who came to Sri Darbar Sahib on the occasion of martyrdom day of Sri Guru Arjun Dev Ji. Bring them under the law who spread the hatred in Punjab in the name of religion (i.e. all the members of Congress Party of that time). Let’s bring all the butchers of Sikh Genocide under the hammer of law. Let’s bring them under law who demolished 36 Gurudwaras in 1984 including the Gurudwara Gian Godri in Haridwar. Let’s bring Dera Sacha Sauda Head under the law who is responsible for hurting the Sikh sentiments by posing himself as Sri Guru Gobind Singh & also responsible for the killing of Bhai Kamaljit Singh, Bhai Harminder Singh and Bhai Balkar Singh. First bring Ashutosh of Divya Jyoti Noormahal under this law who hurt the Sikh sentiments several times and along with Punjab Police also responsible for the murder of Bhai Darshan Singh. First bring Piara Singh Bhanyare Wala under law for burning the Sacred copies of Sri Guru Granth Sahib. Bring them under the law who had burned the Sikh Reference Library in Golden Temple Premises.
Now come on some other issues like the territory dispute of Punjab, let’s solve this issue according to law & try to explain why so many Punjabi Speaking Areas are out of Punjab. Secondly let’s solve the water dispute of Punjab according to law. As per Riparian Law why the water of Punjab is not the property of Punjab and why Centre Government keep on looting the water for free of cost from Punjab and today Punjab is on the edge of becoming a desert. Why Sikhsism is not a separate religion, why the separate identity of Sikhs is not recognized by Indian Law? Why Sikhs are forced to follow Hindu marriage act, Hindu adoption act & Hindu property act etc.? Your anchor and your guest i.e. the foolish Army officer, who were continuously saying that we are living in 21st century & such kind of religious honouring of killers of a democratic elected prime minister is shameful. But I want to ask you that is it not shameful for a democratic elected prime minister to order the Army to kill the innocent civilians of her own country? The only problem of yours is that you people are thinking that whatever you are thinking is correct and the Sikhs are always wrong. It is shame for you and your channel to directly point your fingers towards Sri Akal Takth Sahib, which is on a much higher position than your Indian Law and Indian Government.
If killing of Indira Gandhi is wrong then you all should have to accept that the killing of General Michael O’ Dwyer by Shaheed Udam Singh is also wrong. Because same was the story there at that time. In place of General O’Dwyer, Indira Gandhi this time ordered the killing of innocent civilians and pilgrims of the most high temporal seat of Sikhism. Many things are there for which you have no answer. But instead of answering the questions of Sikhism you people keep on insulting the Sikhs by raising such kind of issues again and again.
Your anchor kept on saying terrorist word repeatedly for Sikhs. But according to the dictionary the meaning of the word terrorist is “a person whoterrorizes or frightens others” But the history says that a Sikh never terrorize any one, but a Sikh always become a support for those who are being terrorized. Just remind the untold history of India when Mughals terrorizing the people of Hindustan then who generally came forward to save them from that terrorism. Same in the era of British Rule when Indians and Dogs were not allowed in many places in India itself, when the leaders like Mohan Das Gandhi and Jawahar Lal Nehru were enjoying their life with British women, who came forward for the recue of a common Indian at that time, who suffered jails and hangings. Just check the history of your own country afterwards comments on them, to whom you people are saying terrorists. Not even a single incident of terrorism, which was handicraft of Sikhs can be proved. All the incidents in which Sikhs were involved were counter attacks or the acts done in self defense or for the defense of their community or the defense of their religious places. And on the other side Indira Gandhi had misused her political position & played a role of a hardcore terrorist and ordered some senseless, coward & selfish army officers to attack on the civilians of her own country. All those terrorists after receiving orders from their head i.e. Indira Gandhi came to Punjab with Tanks and attacked on a community and try to clean sweep that community from the Indian Map. But the God always stands with truth and He recued His true Sikhs and now the Sikhs with the grace of Wahe Guru are on the top of the world in almost all the fields. Indira Gandhi the democratic elected Prime Minister did the shameful act of murdering the innocent civilians of her country and the justice and the judicial process is under her own jackboot. So, what ever Bhai Satwant Singh, Bhai Beant Singh & Bhai Kehar Singh had done was not a revenge, they did the justice, justice for the innocents killed by the lady terrorist Indira and we all know what cost they had given for the justice done for the innocents, they were hanged. Sikh community always stands with justice, which is the reason of honouring these brave heart Sikhs who lost their lives for the peace and to give justice and to heal the wounds of those who suffered the terrorism of Indira Gandhi.
This is all from my side. Many things are left which can be discussed but first you should think on upper issues. And lastly I am also a responsible citizen of Punjab; I am not an illiterate or jobless person. My background is from a family of Soldiers. My grandfather was a retired Army Officer and my father is retired as an officer from Indian Navy. I am an engineer working in Chandigarh. So, what I have written is written with responsibility, yes English mistakes can be there but for that I am not responsible because I love my mother tongue Punjabi. English or Hindi is not my language.
