The Kashmir Diaspora Alliance believes that our objective is to liberate occupied Jammu and Kashmir [AKA Internationally Disputed Areas of Jammu And Kashmir (IDA: JK)] from Indian occupation under the banner of Islam as this is the major reasoning behind its initial accession to Pakistan at the time of partition and the reason behind the oppression taking place in contemporary times. To implement a secular stance is merely wasting our time and delegitimizing the claim of (IDA: JK) as an Islamic province apart of Pakistan. We should not stray away from our original cause and waste our time. The Prophet sal Allaahu alayhi wa sallam said: "There are two blessings the majority of mankind have been deceived concerning. They are health, and free time." Thus, we should all continue to push for justice on the basis of human rights, something that all peace loving individuals can relate to as injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. However, we should not deviate away from our original cause that the oppression taking place in the occupied territory is against a religious minority, and that occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IDA:JK) and its fourteen million citizens belong to an Islamic state which is legally apart of Pakistan.
