KASHMIR DIASPORA STRONGLY
CONDEMNS THE HANGING OF
AFZAL GURU (SHAHEED) OF THE IDA:JK, BASED ON FALSE ACCUSATIONS
FOR ATTACKING THE PARLIAMENT IN 2001
All three prime accused who were identified according to eye witnesses such as Kamal Nath, Jagdish Tytler, and Sajjan Kumar have testified to the 1984 Sikh genocide. These were the men responsible for inciting mobs to massacre Sikhs in the aftermath of Indra Gandhi's assassination. Also, the Narendra Modi administration of the Gujarat State carried out the Genocide of Muslims of Gujarat. Instead of being incarcerated and punished, the criminals involved in the massacre of Sikhs and Muslims, were glorified, praised and made heroes of the Indian administration ruled predominantly by the Brahmins-Hindus; the enemies of the Sikhs, Muslims, Christians and other minorities. The three criminals responsible are enjoying high positions in the Indian administration of New Delhi, with the possibility of Narender Modi being groomed for the next Prime Minister of India. There remains no doubt that India is being ruled by murderers, killers, gross human rights violators, and the rapist of the Indian Constitution. As an Internationally renowned monthly had put it, "India is ruled by criminals, murderers, etc (The Economist July 1995, p. 26)." It must be stated here that the Brahmins-Hindus' administration of India has killed 202,803 citizens of the Internationally Disputed Areas of Jammu and Kashmir (IDA: JK). The most recent victim of the Indian administration is Afzal Guru of the IDA: JK, who was hanged at 08:00 AM February 09, 2013 (IST) in Tihar jail. The victim had rightfully asserted that Kashmiris do not want to live under subjugation of the Hindu India administration. The Indian administration, however, has been contradicting freedom of speech, which is the backbone of a democratic nation. Aside from the citizens of the IDA: JK, more than 270,000 Sikhs have been ruthlessly slaughtered for protesting. Simply asking the Indian government to restore the deliberately disrupted 'Law and Order' situation by the Indian administration and collaborated by the Prakash Singh Badal's Akali administration of "Robbed" Punjab of 15th August, 1947. The Sikhs' Holy and Historic Homeland has been under India's illegal occupation since August 15, 1947. Yet, to make the overall situation even worse, not a single person has been convicted for the heinous crimes committed by the New Delhi administration and the administrations of Punjab, Gujarat, Assam, etc.
It is noteworthy that the dead body of Afzal Guru (Shaheed) was buried in the jail where he was sent to gallows. His next of kin were not given the dead body. This is supposedly the “largest and progressive democracy” of India.
