"ROBBED" PUNJAB OF 15th AUGUST, 1947 IS BURNING AND DO NOT TRY TO PLAY WITH THE FIRE BY SENDING ANY SIKH TO GALLOWS: DR AWATAR SINGH SEKHON, ADVISOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS DAL KHALSA ALLIANCE (UNITED STATES)
IT IS A MESSAGE TO BRAHMINS-HINDUS-TURBANED BRAHMINS RATS' DEMONCRACY ALIAS INDIAN DEMOCRACY.
This message is primarily directed to Shushil Kumar Shinde (a Maharashtriyan Brahmin), Pranab Mukherjee (a Brahmin of Bengal), the turbaned Brahmin and criminal Rats like (Hanera) Prakash Sinh Badal, Ravneet Bittu the son of Beant Sinh (deceased), placed in the Punjab administration merely with 7% of the electoral votes by the New Delhi administration (NDA) of Rajiv Gandhi, along with the Badal's Akalis and the Chief Scoundrel and his associated scoundrels wandering in the premises of the Sikhs' apex institutions, the Darbar Sahib Complex, including the Supreme Seat of the Sikh Polity, The Akal Takht Sahib, Amritsar ji, "Robbed" PUNJAB of 15th August, 1947.
The Maharashtriyan Brahmin Shinde does not know the History of the Sikhs of Punjab from the Sikh point of view.Neither does the Bengali Brahmin, Pranab Mukherjee,who signed papers with his eyes closed to send an innocent citizens of the Internationally Disputed Areas of Jammu and Kashmir (IDA:JK) to gallows on 9th February.What a shameful, inhumane and criminal act by these Brahmins of Maharashter and Bengal! Sending of Afzal Guru (Shaheed) to gallows must be a case to be tried in the United Nations Internal Court of Justice. This Maharashtriyan Brahmin must not forget that a Sikh female General (Bibi Sahib Kaur) and the Khalsa Dal defeated the Maratha forces of Shivaji in a battle which took place near Dhaulpur (now Rajasthan) on March 15, 1766 AD.
Both Brahmins of Maharashtra and Begal must know what Bhai Sahib Sirdar Balwant Singh Rajoana had said in a Patiala court on 4th February, 2013, "Satkar yog Judge Sahib Wahe Guruji Ka Khasla! Wahe Guruji Ki Fateh! Judge sahib HIndustans Court I want to make it clear that the rulers of the country who have blown up the highest authority of the Sikhs namely the Akal Takhat and committed Genocide on innocent Sikhs. The Indian constitution does not apply on the Sikhs. I do not trust in that constitution. I do not want be a part of any court proceeding of this country. Judge Sahib in a country where a girl Dhamni aka Joyti Pandey (Brahmin) is not safe and is raped and, subsequently, brutally killed. But Judge Sahib how could you trust the rulers of this country - those who are responsible for the murder of thousands of innocent Sikhs, whose daughters and sisters were sadistically raped and killed deliberately, especially those whose own hands are stained with the blood of the Sikhs. How can you trust the police and administrators who play to the tune of these rulers? How can you trust these rulers who could arrest the six rapists from Bihar overnight in the Dhamini case, but the rape of thousands of Sikh women in broad daylight in New Delhi went unabated while these rulers played the role of the vultures. The Sikhs daughters, sisters and mothers were screaming for help from the police yet turned away silently and instead goaded, helped and watched the rapists in their murderous sadism.
Today after 28 years the police administration could not find the culprits of the Sikh Genocide of 1984 and prosecute them! Those who dance to the tune of these murderous rulers have yet to arrest the criminals of the Sikh Genocide. Yet every justice loving person knows the criminals and rapists of 1984. Because of Dhamini suddenly the roads of Delhi are unsafe for the women. But when the question is raised about the Genocide of thousands of Sikh women who were raped in broad daylight, why does this judiciary keep silent in reference to them? Today the politicized judiciary is demanding much harsher punishments for the rape because of one Dhamini. These same very people who want harsher laws for rape today never uttered a single word when thousands of Sikhs women were raped in 1984. Then how could you trust these murderous rulers, police administration and politicized judiciary system?"
"Judge Sahib on the soil of Punjab, firstly these same rulers blew up the holy Darbar Sahib with tanks and cannons, then thousands of innocents Sikh pilgrims were slaughtered. This was the Genocide of the Sikhs in the world’s largest Democracy. In the streets of Delhi thousands of Sikhs were murdered for three days in November 1984. Sikh women were tortured and sadistically raped in thousands. These very same Congress party rulers of the nation carried out the Genocide of the Sikh youth in my motherland Punjab. Twenty Five thousand (25,000) young Sikh men were picked up and murdered and made to disappear without informing the next of kin. There have so many and such heinous crimes committed on the soil of Punjab that it is difficult to enumerate everything.
Judge Sahib our great Guru Sahibs have told us that, ‘it is a crime to commit injustice but also a crime to tolerate injustice’. In this nation there have been innumerable crimes and atrocities committed but the Gurus’ esteemed self-respecting Sikh youth stood up against these murderous politicians and police officials, by asking for freedom from such a tyrannical system gave their lives for righteousness. I have no regrets in entering into the Sikh struggle for sovereignty and neither do I have any regrets for any other actions. Judge Sahib, any verdict announced from these courts is more like a politicized statement of the rulers rather than justice. Those criminal political rulers who have committed massive fraud to the tune of hundreds of millions dollars can get away with a short one month or week sentence and be free in this democratic judicial system. The killers of thousands of innocent citizens are still ruling and enjoying themselves at the helm of the country. In these courts there is the murder of justice on a daily basis. It is sad that there is no one to shed tears on the injustice of the politicized justice system. The justice system of this nation is selective and only applies on the minorities and the poor. I do not have any trust in the judiciary of this country. As far as I am concerned, my arrest on December 22, 1995, from the Jalandhar Bus Depot is totally false. The story concocted by the Rajpura Police against me is all fabricated simply to implicate me in a false arrest. I cannot and will not bow in front of such an unjust judicial system and betray my brave martyred Sikh brothers. I will not beg for any mercy from this unjust judicial system and would prefer to go to the gallows with head held high. I will not ask for mercy for myself but rather ask for freedom and sovereignty for my Sikh nation. My tributes to all my martyred brothers and sisters."
These both Brahmins, Shinde and Mukerjee, have to produce evidence that the "Robbed' PUNJAB of 15th August, 1947 and the IDA:JK are the part of the Hindus-Brahmins' India, in which the population of the Brahmins-Hindus is merely 10% of over 1.2 billion hungry mouths, since 15th August, 1947.
Mr Shinde and Mr Mukherjee, go through the 'Statement of Bhai Balwant Singh Rajoana in the Patiala Court and you would should think honestly that "Rajoana's statement, the Sikhs have no concern whatsoever with Brahmins-Hindus' India." Punjab is Sikhs' Holy and Historical homeland, it has been fragmented by the Indiraa Gandhi's vicious administration, she delibately waged an 'undeclared' war on Sikhs' Homeland, made it a "Concentration Camp" in the post-"Operation Bluestar" era, and is under the 'occupation' of artificial entity, called the Brahmins-Hindus, India. None of the Sikhs' elected representative has accepted/endorsed/signed the Indian Constitution 1950. The constitutional document "rejected", in the parliament by the Sikh representatives, i. e., Sardar Hukam Singh, Sardar Bhupinder Singh Maan and Sirdar Kapur Singh, ICS, MP, MLA and National Professor of Sikhism, in 1948, 26th November, 1949, 1950 and 6th September, 1966.
Let me say with every fairness and you both unlikely to accept my point of view because your Brahminical way of thinking, that the "Punjab is burning and if you tried to send any Sikh to gallows, especially Bhai Sahib Balwant Singh Rajoana, Bhai Devinder Pal Singh Bhullar, Jagtar Singh Hawara, Paramjit Singh Bheora or any other Sikhs, you both and the Brahmins-Hindus' administration will be putting PUNJAB on Fire." No one else but you the Brahmins-Hindus will have to face the consequences. Do not ever think that the Punjab police, Brahmins-Hindus' armed personnel, etc., will stay neutral and /or carry your orders. The Brahmins-Hindus-turbaned Brahmins are not 'law-abiding' people; whereas, the Sikhs and their Guru's (the followers of the Guru Granth Sahib, the Holy scripture of Sikhs and the Sikh traditions) and other minorities are law-abiding and peaceful citizens. So, better would it be to listen to non-Brahmins-Hindus minorities, give them their rights (human, political, social, etc.), let them control their future destiny and let the administration create a "Hindu-Brahmins Province/State/Nation for 10% population of the Brahmins-Hindus (as said earlier in accordance with Sir VT Rajshekar, Editor in Charge, Dalit Voice, Bangalore, and U. Khalid, President, Rifah Party of the Republic of Pakistan).
It is hoped that the sanity will prevail.
