Chairman Islamic Political Party (JK) Mr.Mohammad Yousuf  Naqash in a statement  has said that Kashmir hails the policy initiative of Pakistan for observing 5th February every year for expressing solidarity with the tormented, brutalized and subjugated people of Kashmir and extending moral, political and diplomatic support  to them to realize their inherent  Right to Self Determination, for which Kashmiri people always gratify and glorify Pakistan.  But situationdemands that all the Muslim countries and Muslims of world i.e. Muslim Ummah under a well devised serious policy not only represent and support the Kashmir cause by giving it a central position and should also come forward for the material help to the large number of orphans, widows, physically impaired persons, prisoners, victims of ongoing movement and their suffering families who are in extreme penury as nobody is taking care of them and nor concerned about their survival. Whether it is Kashmir, Palestine or any part of the world where Muslims are brutalized and subjugated is the concern of whole Muslim Ummah. As such Muslim Ummah must come forward united in respect of solving their problems and disputes confronted by them besides the pacification of their sufferings anywhere in the world. But it is unfortunate to note that except Pakistan no Muslim country is whole heatedly supporting Kashmir cause nor Kashmir gets any type of relief from these Muslim countries for survival.
                                                                  

Mr.Naqash appealed all Muslim countries including O.I.C to come forward in respect of taking hard, serious and concrete steps for solving the problems and disputes confronted by Muslims anywhere in the world including Kashmir and Palestine and for extending them every possible support for their survival. He also appealed whole Muslim Ummah including Muslim countries, organizations and Muslims all around the world to fully cooperate with Pakistan jointly so that 5th February shall now be observed by all the Muslims of the world as the day of solidarity with  Kashmiri people and their cause every year, so that it will convey a strong message to the whole world that oppression, forced subjugation and economic down trodenness of Muslims in the world is the common concern of whole Muslim Ummah and they will act against all this united. And Muslims in this regard should project their issues and problems as that of whole Muslim Ummah and garner support towards that end.
