It is extremely pertinent to realize that if a plebiscite takes place in Maqbooza Kashmir, due to the attempted demographic altering within the occupied territory, all of those of the Hindu faith, comprising of Kashmiri Pundits will opt to join India on the sole basis of their common faith. As such, the division of Maqbooza Kashmir as a “secular” sovereign state simply is not in touch with reality. In fact, the occupation itself, and the Muslim citizens of Maqbooza Kashmir’s oppression and role as India’s “peripheral colony of exploitation” is precisely due to its Muslim population.
