While strongly condemning the arrest of party Chairman Mr.Mohammad Yousuf Naqash by Safa Kadal police station said that Government of India and its local puppet administration will never succeed in killing the sentiment of freedom and suppressing ongoing freedom movement by unleashing reign of terror and killing, arresting, torturing, detaining, frisking and disrespecting people of Kashmir and by
destroying homes and hearths. He further said that freedom is our inalienable right and the sentiment of freedom is embedded deep in our souls and the ongoing movement and sacrifices will continue in perpetuity till the achievement of freedom. It is the resolve and determination of our people. He further said that Indian Government has invoked draconian laws like Disturbed Area Act, Armed Forces
Special Powers Act and Public Safety Act for giving unbridled powers to its more than seven lakh (700,000) forces for unleashing terror and destruction in Kashmir in a bid to strengthen the illegal and forced occupation and Kashmir will continue to suffer death and destruction till its freedom. He has further said that peace, security and stability in South Asia including Kashmir and sub continent is never possible unless people of Kashmir get their inalienable forcibly snatched right, freedom. Shah Ghulam Hassan strongly condemned restrictions on peaceful assembly and freedom of voice of dissent (pro freedom) voice and house arrest of prominent pro freedom leaders including Quaid-e-Inqlab Janab Syed Ali Shah Gilani Sahib, Shabir Ahmad Shah and Mohammad Yasin Malik and arrest of hundreds and described it the frustration of the occupation administration.
