While
addressing Friday congregation at Chaterhama Chairman Islamic Political Party Maqbooza Jammu and
Kashmir (IDA:JK) Mr.Mohammad Yousuf Naqash regretted and condemned the oppressive tactics of Indian
government and its local administration
in Maqbooza Kashmir and said that the so called largest democracy of India is
totally disrespecting and trampling International
laws by curbing the inalienable birth right of people of Kashmir, Right to Self
Determination and suppressing the peaceful voice
and political activities in this regard. While as those parties working with the motive of
strengthening Indian illegal and forced occupation
on Kashmir are given free hand. Those seeking justice and birth right, Right to self
determination are pushed to wall by oppressive
tactics. They are not allowed to speak, to assemble and protest for ensuring their human
rights including Right to Self Determination
and are arrested and kept in houses, police stations and jails on fabricated and false cases
and this way keeping them away from
the people. Mr.Naqash appealed
United Nations Organization to play its impressive role for giving inalienable birth
right of Kashmiri people, Right to Self
Determination in accordance with the United Nations Charter on the principle of Right to Self
Determination and also ensure freedom of
expression, peaceful assembly and peaceful protests of Kashmiri people for their rights and get
Kashmiri prisoners released and make sure
end to human rights violations perpetrated by India. It is the duty obligation of United Nations
Organization as it has been established
with the basic aim of solving world disputes, establishing peace and order and upholding Human dignity
and human rights regardless of
religion and region. Mr.Naqash strongly condemned
the arrest of Prominent pro freedom leader and JKLF Chairman Mr.Mohammad Yasin Malik, and other
senior pro-freedom leaders Chairman Muslim
Conference Mr. Shabir Ahmad Dar, Chairman JKLF (H)Mr.Javaid Ahmad Mir and Chairman International
Human Rights Forum Mr.Mohammad Ahsan
Untoo and harassment to other hundreds pro-freedom leaders and activists including men women and
children regardless of age at Delhi and
said that it is totally against law and undemocratic to stop them from peaceful protests in Delhi
as it is the right of every human being
to protest for their rights. Curbing this right amounts to human rights violation and equally the
violation of international human protection
laws. Mr.Naqash while strongly
condemning the murderous attack on the Pakistani
national in Indian jail asked that where is the humanity of those Indian who made much hue and cry
on the killing of Sarabjeet Singh
and why they are silent on the murderous attack on Pakistani prisoner in Indian jail. Is he not the
human being? Mr. Naqash expressed
deep shock on the loss of lives and injury of four hundred and damage of properties in the Chenab
region due to damaging earthquake
and expressed his solidarity with the bereaved and affected families.
