Chairman Islamic
Political Party Maqbooza Jammu and Kashmir (JK) Mr. Mohammad Yousuf Naqash has appealed
United Nations Organization and world conscience to play human role in ensuring birth right, Right to Self
Determination to the people of
Kashmir so that the jingoistic and violent mindset of any nature is curbed from further slaying of human lives
regardless of religion and region.
This is what humanity demands. Mr.Naqash
welcomed Pakistan government for returning the body of Sarbjeet Singh to India and
hoped that those involved in the killing of Sarabjeet Singh will be brought to justice by Pakistan government
as it is the demand of justice. Mr.Naqash further said that it is quite unfortunate that Indian people are not
protesting when our Kashmiri
prisoners are often assaulted and subjected to murderous attacks in Indian jails as if Kashmiris are not human
beings. Mr.Naqash said that
Kashmiri people are also demanding the mortal remains of Shaheed Maqbool Bhat and Shaheed Afzal Gura the way
Pakistan handed over the body of
Sarabjeet Singh.
